It's the perfect base for exploring the beautiful town. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. There are useful amenities nearby, including a grocery store and restaurant. the location is ideal for visiting attractions in Hampshire and West Sussex.

The breakfast service can be slow and needs improvement.

The hotel offered excellent accessibility for wheelchair users with spacious and well-equipped accessible rooms. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist wheelchair users. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring nearby Portsmouth and Southampton, as well as the charming town of Petersfield.

The breakfast service was slow and inefficient, with long waiting times reported by multiple guests. the housekeeping service was subpar, with rooms not being serviced properly and towels not being changed unless specifically requested.

Great value for money. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, with easy access to nearby cities and towns. the bedding was extremely comfortable and cozy, and the room was always clean and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast options were first-class.

The floors were incredibly creaky and noisy, which made it hard to walk around the room without waking up our partner or the neighbors. we found the air conditioning unit to be quite loud, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
